Oh no, I can’t make it but I’ve made a reservation. Can I get a refund?

Due to the unique nature of these events, we are unable to provide refunds. You can however transfer your ticket to a friend who is able to attend. Just send an email with the ticket transfer to Emily at emily@wolfandcubjax.com. NOTE: Changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE DAY OF. Thank you!

What if there aren’t any tickets available on the website?

Due to the very limited nature of these events, they are very likely to sell out! If the event is sold out, you will not be able to reserve online.

Wow - how is it possible to do these cool events?

These performances are made possible in partnership with Placemaking Jax and are produced by Emily Moody of Wolf & Cub. This event also wouldn't be possible without the support of The Urban Division Jax and the Historic Elks Club building owner, all of whom have supported our vision for out of the box placemaking!

Our ticket price goes to cover the expenses and labor of hosting the event as well as paying each musician for their time and talent. If you have a blast and want to donate more to the cause to keep these events going, you can send us a Venmo at @wolfandcub.

Are there seats for everyone or do we bring our own?

We will have a seat for every ticket holder who reserves a spot online. Please do not bring your own seating.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! Why not pack a lil’ picnic or pick up take out from a DT Jax restaurant? This pop-up event is BYOB and BYO snacks! So bring your favorite beverage and toast to a perfect an evening out with friends or a sweet date night with your love.

Is this event kid friendly?

The shows will be loud and adult oriented, however humans of all ages are welcomed at the discretion of their grown-up. The ticket price is same for all ages and everyone attending must have a paid reservation.

I’d love to bring my 4 legged kid! Is that allowed?

We love our furry friends, however due to the unique size of this location, we can not permit animals of any kind.

I see that Wolf & Cub is producing this event but where is the performance located?

The shows will be held in an alley between the Historic Elks Club Building and the Carling on Adams Street. Guests will check in at that entrance. If you have questions, head to Wolf & Cub at 205 N. Laura Street and you’ll be directed where to go.
